INTRODUCTION
The Product Support Information Lookup is a query and reporting interface for generating a report of TIBCO product support
platforms and supported third-party software. This interface is populated with the supported platforms and third party software details found in the TIBCO product readme files found on https://docs.tibco.com/. With the interface you can query by TIBCO products,
Operating System platforms, supported third-party software or combinations of these items.

- Which versions of TIBCO BusinessWorks support RedHat Linux 7.5?
- Which Web Browsers does TIBCO EMS 8.4 support?
CREATING AND RUNNING A QUERY
Creating a query is as simple as select one or more items from each tab on the Search pane, and then add to the Query pane.
With the tool you can query by TIBCO products, OS platforms, supported third-party software or combinations.
- Query by TIBCO products:
Example: Find out which OS platforms and third-party software supported by BusinessWorks 5.9.0 and Adapter for Database 6.0.0 with the following steps.
- In the Search pane, click on the "TIBCO Product" tab
- Uncheck the "Latest Versions Only" option
- Enter "Businessworks" in the Search field
- Select TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.9.0 from the list
- Enter "adapter for database" in the Search field
- Select TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Database 6.0.0 from the list
- You will then see the supported matrix displayed in the Result pane
Note: The Hardware product / appliance has no content in this application.
- Query by supported platforms:
Example: Find out all TIBCO product releases that support Red Hat Linux and Oracle Linux with the following steps:
- In the Search pane, click on the "Platform" tab
- Enter "red hat" in the Search field
- Click the "Add: All" button to add all Red Hat Linux platforms to the query
- Enter "oracle enterprise Linux" in the Search field
- Click the "Add: All" button again to add all Oracle Linux platforms to the query
- You will then see the support matrix that shows all TIBCO product releases that support Red Hat and Oracle Linux platforms.
- Query by supported third-party software
Following the similar steps of the above examples, you can query by third-party softwre to find out which TIBCO product releases supported Oracle Database server 11i.
Simply click on the "3rd Party Software" tab", enter "oracle database", select the one you want and add to the report.
SCREEN LAYOUT AND USER INTERFACE
- Upper-left pane - Search pane: The Search pane allows you to search and select TIBCO product releases, OS platforms and/or third-party software add create your own query.
- Bottom-left pane - Query pane: The Query pane to allow you to edit, save and run your queries.
- Right pane - Result pane: The Result pane to show your support matrix report as a result when you run a query.
